About us
We are a group of 3 mates looking to reinvigorate the Australian Airsoft travelling community by organising and running Airsoft trips and events in New Zealand! We aim to run events that anyone from the beginner to regular players can enjoy whilst raising awareness of our sport that we love.
We have been travelling to NZ for over 7 years to play airsoft and we believe that we possess the skills needed to run our own events. We are working with local partners and vendors to deliver an experience not yet seen in the travelling Australian airsoft scene.

Trans tasman airsoft festival
The first Trans Tasman Airsoft Festival celebrating airsoft in all its forms culminating in the main event run by Funnelweb Milsim: OP: Cold Border. Working with our partners and vendors in New Zealand, we aim to bring the Trans-Tasman Airsoft scene to a new level.
Made up of a number of differing game types, you will experience CQB / CQC (Close Quarter Battle / Combat), themed minigames, greenfield skirmishes and of course, a long duration game over 3 days in OP: Cold Border.

OP: Cold Border
The Main event of the Trans Tasman Airsoft Festival, this is the culmination of over 3 years work behind the scenes.
OP: Cold border takes place on the fictional continent of Istana and the disputed border between the Republic of Beras and the Kingdom of Marco Zampine. Stuck in the middle of the disputed territory is the township of South Zamoria which is the focus of both countries due to its newly discovered unique natural and renewable energy resource.

Taking place on Sunday evening following our main event, this is the perfect way to relax and unwind following the events of OP: Cold Border, come along and join us for a delicious dinner, awards, prizes and a place to tell your game stories!
Continuing on from the legacy of past Australian Trips, there will be awards and prizes on hand presented during the dinner.
